According to research by the University of Scranton, 92% of the people don’t achieve their goals. 1. Dare, Dare, Dare

Have you ever felt the urge to ask a question in a conference but resisted, fearing what people might think of your question? Well, it is time to dare yourself to be a rebel. Stand up for what you believe in. Do what you want to do, instead of doing what people want you to do. Dare to dream and to work to achieve those dreams.

2. Exercise

Did you know that lifting weights has been found to lower anxiety? Regular exercise not only keeps us fit and but boosts our confidence too. 3. Recognize Thoughts Patterns
